Our nutritionist, Christina Swigart has a great deal of experience in teaching people in an interactive style that motivates change. She has spoken to a wide variety of audiences and is excellent at challenging each individual to evaluate where they are on a spectrum of health and gives them useable knowledge to take home and implement in a realistic way.

Our nutritionist has a lot of experience bringing nutrition into corporate and business settings. She recently spent a year with a large local organization, doing nutrition counseling once per month. She was consistently busy because everyone wanted to have the health improvements their co-workers were experiencing. One employee even told her that she saved her life! She has also spoken at a number of businesses around the Twin Cities and is often one of the favorite speakers of the year as well as being asked to return for future engagements.
